Shakthi FM making waves in cyberspace too
Sri Lanka's popular Tamil radio channel is making waves in the cyberspace with a revamped website introduced recently.
The functionalities include a chance to request or dedicate favourite songs via the user-friendly website.
It is indeed an excellent effort that deserves praise from all fans of Tamil music.

Listeners and worldwide fans of Shakthi FM would hope the radio channel would become more interactive, supported by the state-of-the-art electronic platforms.
It is hoped hosts of popular shows such as Vanakkam Thayakam would interact more and more with worldwide listeners and fans, using the web as an effective medium.
I wish further success and more shakthi (energy) to the Shakthi FM team to win more and more hearts and shed light on key issues affecting the day-to-day lives of people too.
Also, indigenous artistic talent need more space.
